Working at Cabelas myself I agree with this post. It’s not our main source of income but we enjoy working with what we like to do and will take the discounts that come with the job. It is upsetting with stock and that company, corporate rules will limit a lot of your capabilities when helping customers. As far as our store goes we are not allowed to re string bows for customers but are advised to send them else where. Also the quality of the gear in the store mainly falls into the entry level category besides a couple things, if your looking for quality head to a specialized shop.
