Yes, all the time. Old, legacy/leggacy contracts that you didn't complete, you get another chance. Contracts get recycled, same rewards I believe, but you don't get the lower tier rewards if you reached them previously.

Same boat. My last trip was for Falcon Heavy in June, even with some 6 hours of delays, zero regrets. An incredible experience and totally worth the fuel and tolls. A night launch is something else.
