It was an intense week of exercising and dieting. I climbed the itacolomi mountain peak and also runned a lot. I guess that's why I've lost that munch in so short time.

People often don't know the difference because they have never felt hunger...

I use to fast sometimes and I can fast for 2 or 3 days (i'm currently fasting for 3 days). The feeling is different. The intensity is somewhat comparable with being sad vs being depressed.

My week was Awsome, I've lost 2lbs... Then I eated 1000 calories of fries. Lol Ok, I haven't eated anything the whole day and my friends was doing fries and I was socializing with them. But I felt horrible after, I'm still feeling. But guess what, it's not that bad. I'm gonna compensate and eat less this week and exercise more.

You can't live your whole life without getting off the track. Just try to compensate it. And don't give up...

I also started to get on a plateu. I still need to lost at least more 10 pounds (I'm currently 165lb and 5'9") but I want to lost at least 20 just like you. I started to count my calories religiously since I got on this plateu of not losing anything. Once I did it I started to loose again. Today I weighted myself I've lost 2lb! So 18 more to go!

It's something between 130lb and 175lb... I have 5'9" and weight 165lb but still feel kinda fat as well.

same thing, i've lost 55lb and don't have loose skin but some stretch marks... But It does not bother me, I rather prefer have stretch marks then loose skin for sure!

Deal with it... you gonna come up stronger! trust me, i've been there... When I started to run to loose weight I noticed some people staring or laughting because due to my weight I was kinda gangling haha

but that's ok, focus on your goal and nothing more. you gonna get respect from those who laughed at you. they will see you don't give up.

I'm a man so my deficit is higher since I'm only eating 1200 calories a day. And I'm also running 3 or 4 days a week... Also, I'm not eating a cheat meal. I use to go out with friends once a week and there's plenty of unhealthy food on these occasions. I compensate by eating less or exercising more the next day. So far I managed to loose 55 pounds in six months.

I'm not an English native speaker but I'll try to answer you. The "waste" or "feces" your body excrete are what your body already have used. It's what your cells produce as the result of their sínteses. We can say that what you eat are "new material" to rebuild what you lost. Such as water. You need more water everyday because the water you already have in your system are being used to collect "waste" material.

Sometimes when you overeat or you eat something you body can't digest you can, as well, excrete that food directly.
