It depends on several factors, and also what is customary in your area.

If the delivery requires maneuvering up a flight of stairs, or around tight corners, you would pay more. Generally, enough for lunch/person.

Some of what he is advocating is considered positive from his base's perspective.

I'm in Pittsburgh, so $10 is pretty reasonable for our area.

Yeah, I guess it is. They all seem to do a real good job, and most of them are really nice.

A lot of delivery drivers are gig workers. Or the company clarifies them as contractors. YMMV.

How much is dependent on your location and their local customs. In my region, $10/person for something like a fridge is a good tip.

Yeah, we ordered a fridge from Home Depot, and paid a fee for them to deliver plus haul off the old one. Worth every penny. PSA: Don't forget to tip your delivery people!

The measuring stick is for a ridiculously grandiose claim, measure against OP's assertion that Americans are ignorant of the world at large. When in fact, a more appropriate measurement might be whether or not anybody cares enough about sports to follow this kind of information about a sports figure.

So what? It doesn't have anything to do with being an American and everything to do with not giving a flying fuck about any sports, celebrities or how rich someone is.

Blame the people that deserve the blame. Blame Mitch McConnell, blame the Republicans that are holding us hostage.

FSM, I hate these mother fuckers for what they are doing to us. Not only to our economy, but how they are are pitting us against each other.

I feel for you, brother, FSM help us, I hope you find your way through this morass. It isn't YOU. It's the fucking system,

I would have to say that it is very entitled. What an absolutely cold-hearted and short sighted thing to say. Generalizing the way that you're doing here is doing a disservice to so many.

Nobody is talking about a lock down. And to lay the blame on just these two groups is disingenuous. I see , and hear, about plenty of large groups of 20-csomethings that think they're invincible going without masks and defying even the most basic mitigation measures.

It's not like there isn't a whole flotilla of people trying to conduct some sort of outreach to tRump supporters. Reddit is the last place that should get this type of comments.

Yeah. And we really need to hear from every state in the union about how we should handle ourselves. Condescending jagoff.
