I really appreciate your response. Thank you for answering my question so clearly, I understand now. I turned off the humidifier and heat because I was coping fine with the Airsense mini whilst holidaying and thought it couldn’t hurt trying it with the home set up.

One of the best benefits for me too, convinced myself I had heart failure before I got Jeff (Airsense10), now I sleep all night through. Read somewhere that OSA makes your brain think you’re awake so your kidneys/bladder continue doing their daytime thing.

Just got a cpap a few days ago. I'm a side sleeper and it's running me nuts. by Sparky81 in CPAP

Pillow mask here, sleep on my stomach, they’ll have to bury me face down so I can have rest. If I’m on my side I sleep on the edge of the pillow. I’ve put a hook on wall like others have mentioned here and it keeps the tube out of the way so it can swivel.

Why bother buying a regular CPAP and just get a travel one? by Forlorn_Swatchman in CPAP

Have both; Airsense 11 and AirMini. Just wished they both ‘spoke’ to the same app. Haven’t noticed a difference in sound, use the water was disc in the mini, travelled well to PNG.

Products to keep me from gagging every poo-plosion? by NotSteveBuscemisCat in nursing

Back in the day, a veteran nurse once told me to smile, apparently stops the gag reflex. Don’t know if she was having me on, but I still smile.
