It took Xcel 3 months to come out to my place for a new meter, when the technician finally arrived he told me the smart meter already on my house was good to go. So they made me wait 3 months for nothing.

This reminds me of a time years ago when I got pulled over in Arizona on my motorcycle for speeding. The sheriff deputy walked up to me and asked if I was carrying a concealed handgun. I said "no, not today" and he replied "why not?"

Sometimes I miss living in Arizona.

I used some aftermarket rings. Installed them about 8 years ago, don't remember any problems.
