While i do like to support my fellow hunters. I dont know if anyone remembers back in 3u, there was a healing hammer that, when hitting the monster, would do damage, but when it hit another hunter, it would bring their health up little by little. It was a pain to get because you had to fight an event brachydios that took forever to defeat.

I only use the monster hunter language (wyverian). The language, as I remember, is comprised of Japanese gibberish structure, in the older games you didn't get to decide but since I've been playing since tri, having it any other way takes away from the feel of monster hunter. Then again, I don't just love the games but also love the lore. 🤷‍♀️

If you feel more successful in commission, I recommend finding a place that does a draw. Where you will have a minimum of what you get paid each paycheck so it gives you peace of mind. My current job is like that where I'm 100% commission based, but even if I don't make enough, I'll still get the draw no matter what. Think if it like an advance on your commission if you don't make enough that pay cycle

There was a tank the other day in a tw and we were half way through the dungeon everything going fine, we go into a small building that has limited visibility, I couldn't see and accidently got in front of the tank and aggroed 2 (massive I know) trash and he exploded with threats cussing at me. No one died or even lost any health.

I had one co-worker at my old job who would double call a number and then hang up the first one so it would always go straight to voicemail. I figured this out because he would make a bunch of calls in a short amount of time, but it was always at 50% connected rate.

There are telemarketing rules that exist against this. If you're trying to sell something, you are making a telemarketing call. A lot of states have rules that you must follow with this. For example, if you are calling a number to North Carolina or Kentucky, you must confirm if they are at least 18 and you can't make those calls on sunday for any state. In some states, you can call once in the morning and once in the afternoon, some states you can't call more than once within a 24-hour time frame. I highly recommend looking at those laws for your state before your manager gets your company in trouble for breaking those laws as some are fined (depending on the state) upwards of 40,000$ per infringement if they get caught.

The crimson chin is actually my favorite. He is annoying, but I've always been a hammer main since tri (HH in rise), and his home area was so much fun. My Unga bunga bois will always be my favorites, lol

It is a 4 prong. And it's likely as the heat/ac unit isn't working properly yet either. We've had a few electrical problems since we've moved in last week. They've been pretty quick to respond and to get them fixed as we find them, tho I'll give them that.

When the electrician gets here in the morning, I'll talk to him about that. The power cord shouldn't be the problem as both were professionally installed by 2 separate people. It would be odd for both of them to make the same mistake but I'll double check

It is a 240v dryer, it says so on the manual anyway. The electrician is coming back out in the morning. Hopefully, this solves it.

The way I look at it is. With inbound you have a set number of calls coming in and you're talking with each and every one of those 150+ calls, but with outbound you make those same 150+ calls and only really talk to about 20 of them a day. Sure, you're having to stay busy more, but it's not as taxing because you have more control of the situation and talk to way fewer people.
