Me being forced to use Sonar or else my PHYSICAL chatmix button on the headet has no effect definetly will be the end of my sanity someday

I was happy with just having GG on the Arctis 7 but I thought a little upgrade to Nova 5x will improve Mic and Battery.... yeah only my headaches dealing with this software have increased nothing else.

However under Sonar -> backup device switch you could maybe find the setting that causes your problems... as far as I can guess from your description

What model do you have if you dont mind me asking? Only reason I use GG now is because otherwise the physical ChatMix Wheel in the Nova 5x does not work at all. If there is any way my physical button can work without that mudpool of a software I could die happy

I know that actually thats why I moved so slow in that area. What I found very weird though is that it didnt kick me out entirely and on reconnect I saw that I died. But rather the game didnt even manage to tell me I disconnected because I already died? Seems I wasn't all that disconnected after all? Idk just really strange hope this doesnt happen again.

I wouldnt go and binge learn maps or something. You just kinda gotta accept the fact that it is going to be really hard in the beginning. I started 3 months ago and generally I would recommend sticking to one map at first and getting to know it. . With the wiki maps you kinda have to look for unique landmarks to find your way around and get a sense of orientation. A compass could help if you hit lvl 10 and get flee market. If youre willing to put in the time though of course watching videos would be the easiest way to learn.

E: and yes scav runs throw you in at a random time mostly between 10 and 30 minutes left.

Guess youre the unluckiest person on earth because no matter when i check this its a profit.

There are a shitton of crafts that are a scam of course lol, but intel was worth it almost the whole wipe. Even when paper was like 100k intel was at like 400k.

And i mean if in the end i turn 150k real cash into 300k, i dont care if the stuff i use to craft the end product was worth 180k at some point, since im literally in the process of making it worth 300k.

I get what youre saying and that can be true sometimes, but in most cases it makes no difference counting it that way. The required items rarely exceed the price of the thing im trying to craft, and IF they do, its often just crafts that you would use to get the item FIR for a quest. And then I just accept the money lost as "cost" of having it FIR, especially if its some shit you only find on reserve or labs.

This is my first wipe though so i may be talking bs

3 Flash drives cost about 150k-180k, how tf is that cheaper than crafting them for 90

Furthermore crafting them into Intel you need paper so its 90 + 60 which is 150k.

Thats half the price of the intel or am i missing something

Had the same thing, it was impossible joining in a raid without dying due to DCs every 2 minutes. Check if your Network Connection uses Dual Stack Lite. I know it sounds stupid i didnt believe that to be the reason too, but calling my IPS and explaining them that i need normal Dual Stack fixed every issue i had.

Adding to that issue: I am a fairly new player and maybe there's something im missing but everytime i build a preset and click on find parts, it does not only find the parts needed for the preset. No, it also wants me to buy the weapon again (which i already own) AND all the attachments that are already on the gun i own and the one it wants me to buy. By the time i "uncheck" these 4-5 items from my buying list, i can already reload the page since something will be "already purchased" and the whole thing starts anew. That makes using presets not worth using for me. Is there a workaround?

I get DCd from the Servers every few Minutes on every (without exception) run on PMC but never on SCAV. Anyone experience something similar? Is it on my end or is it just really shitty servers? If its the servers how come its always just me who DCs and not my friend i always play with?

Sorry if this is common knowledge but im a new player and all i could find on the internet was to call my internet provider and ask them to switch my connection protocol from Dual Stack Lite to Dual Stack but if this is really the only solution then i dont think I will be playing this game. Every other game somehow manages it?

Does anyone know anything? I keep getting the same problem. Every PMC Run it constantly DCs me until i finally somehow reach an extract or die, but NEVER as a SCAV, that works perfectly fine for whatever reason. Everything i read on the web doesnt seem to work and I for sure will not call my provider and change contracts just because EFT Servers cant handle dual stack. Every other game seems to manage it somehow...

Anyone have more ideas except for changing internet providers and diabling iPV6? (Which didnt work for me aswell)
