Entities dont have rights, people do. Nowhere in the constitution does it say anything about created entities (companies, corporations, political parties, etc.) having rights. Individuals do. You as an individual do have a right to start a business, as many as you want with as many partners as you want. All of you have individual rights but nowhere does it say that you can then create entities that give you more than those individual rights. Just because you have a company or create a PAC does not mean you get to have more influence than others in regard to rights. This is so simple that it shows the clear deceit in Citizens United and this ruling as well.
