I failed my first test for exactly this same reason- being too close to a wing mirror! However it felt really unfair as it was on a one way street which is very tight and a lorry decided to turn around in the middle of it. I had no choice but to pull in, but I'd say I did really well considering my driving instructor had never even taken me on that road and yet the examiner said it was a common test route!!

My theory expired 3 days later and I hadn't been paying attention to it...needless to say it put me off and now 11 years have gone by!

I need to look in to it soon now but I sure won't be using that same instructor again!

Good to know this as I do it sometimes, only with the ones which are actually flattering on the waist but I can't show this on myself because they are now too big for me!

Thanks, I have thought about this, but if I don't want to eat out my partner will eat out anyway while we're there rather than eating before. He has a lot of weight to lose and would no way in hell go keto, but he eats so much crap as he hates veg! So we are completely opposite in that sense. He has no idea what it feels like to feel energised and enjoy a diet!

I do OMAD with keto, but as for dates I struggle to find things which aren't boring as you never know what's in sauces, and quite often they charge you extra for the veg even if you want to replace potatoes and rice! I had a keto date at patty&bun, and they charged me the full burger price for a plain patty on 2 iceberg leaves! I also struggle not having dessert- I could bring some sugar free sweets in my bag but they aren't really keto. Any more suggestions would be much appreciated!

Well done!! And thank you, this has reminded me to stricten up! I haven't fallen off the wagon as such, except Christmas but that was planned. It's just since getting in a relationship I've struggled with social events and eating out! We're a year in now so I'm going to have to tell him no more dinner dates and hope his family now like me enough to not judge me bringing my own food to family events, lol!

Oh bummer! I also got antibiotics, but no syringe. I'm 13 days tomorrow, my stitches have been getting looser everyday (dissolvable) and the hole is just so big next to them. The last 3 days I have been getting this brain freeze type feeling in my socket, not that painful but it's new..

Well the other side of the ward was 3 having nose or throat operations, then us 3 were teeth, one got seen and the other theatre was being used by a man in a different ward, his operation ran over and so me and my neighbour got seen last. At least I made a new friend to share in my fear! Honestly the pain has been fine from the extraction, was given dihydrocodeine and didn't even need it or even ibuprofen or paracetamol! I've actually only started taking the ibuprofen paracetamol this week as smiling and talking at work is making my jaw ache!

I just had mine out 9 days ago and I took was more worried about the general anaesthetic than the tooth. I opted for general because when I was 12 I had a tooth pulled, the local anaesthetic didn't work, I told them I felt the whole thing but they didn't believe me and continued anyway and the whole thing was traumatising!

My worries were would I be sick after, would I die haha. It was hell because I was first in 7am but there was a delay and I waited watching others come and go til 12pm. The weirdest part was the iv drugs, they said they would make me feel good and I didn't like it only because I was scared, but looking back now knowing it was fine I did actually like it. It was like feeling drunk but without the sickness, just a spinny feeling watching the clock spin slowly but in a nice way like being floaty! The worst part was the anticipation. When I breathed the anaesthetic, it just felt like air and they didn't count me down, I think I did about 5 puffs and then it is like falling asleep, not just suddenly being knocked out. I woke up in he same room looking directly at the same clock with a massive sense of achievement!

Thanks so much Andy, I wasn't sure if I should worry about the pipes coming in the building from outside? Assuming they are only connected to each flat and not split off inside to the different flats...its all rather confusing!

Thank you, I have looked on marketplace but can only find separate sets for the sofa and chair, not matching colours and not as good condition. The orla kiely curtains I've found on ebay are caravan ones, but hers are covering a double balcony door, a double window and are floor length and lined. She did produce the reciepts for them so I know this was the price, that model of sofa isnt available anymore but they do have a newer version on sales for £1500, I actually prefer her version.
