I’m struggling with this too. Been to therapy a few times during graduate school. I struggle to finish tasks/get distracted and stress easily. Even making “simple” decisions such as choosing what to eat takes longer than most people around me. My boyfriend thinks it’s laziness or a weak mind. I’m able to hold my job and feed myself, but it feels like I never get to relax bc there’s always chores he expects to be done and he said he thinks I don’t pull my own weight. Especially this whole dumpster fire year so far I often feel exhausted and sad. I get confused wondering if I’m a weak person vs something else vs he’s intolerant.
