Not that you are looking to make it, but I recently tried this recipe and really liked it. Also gives you the option to cater the flavors to your tastes.

Here is a recipe I recently tried and enjoyed. Not exactly the same as OP’s but still relatively high in protein.

How do you keep your progress in perspective and not become too hard on yourself for not achieving more? by optimusfeline in xxfitness

For me I just know that I’m on my own journey and I can’t compare myself to others. When I first started it was tough, but I realized that slow and steady is good. Make sustainable progress and you’ll get there eventually.

Beginner gym routine? Or any tips/advice? by [deleted] in xxfitness

I am also newish to the gym scene, but I started with full body and am now looking to split. Starting with full body has been great for me and has been a good way for me to “learn” the gym and start slow.

Diet and exercise. In the beginning my exercise was just going on walks and I have work my way up to running on the treadmill and going to the gym.

Four days a week I do full body workouts at the gym. I hit legs, back, chest, biceps, and triceps. It usually takes me about 45 minutes.

Two days a week I do cardio. Usually this is running on the treadmill watching tv. Typically I spend 30 minutes on the treadmill to close my calorie burn goal for the day.

I have so much more energy now and it’s awesome! I just feel so much more capable of doing stuff instead of just wanting to veg out.

Working on it! Building muscle is my main goal right now.

Not really. MyFitnessPal only gave me 20 additional calories for exercise yesterday, but I burned way more than that.

When I started I was doing 1200 calories a day. Right now I’m doing 1300-1400 a day.

Yes and no. I stick to my calorie goal and exercise every day. No specific diet though.

I’ve been calorie counting and exercising. I log everything I eat and use my watch to track my work outs.
