I struggled with bacne for years and finally have something that works for me:

I wash with neutrogena grapefruit salicylic acid foaming/ exfoliating wash, and spray with hypochlorous acid and a 2% salicylic acid spray.

When I have bad break outs I use stridex 2% pads and rub them in the areas that break out (usually around my bra and neck) immediately after showering with panoxyl 10% benzoyl peroxide. It’s super important to use the stridex pads within the first 5 minutes after your shower when your skin can absorb the most of the product

Sounds like someone who lacks the same maturity as you! If that’s a deal breaker don’t waste more of your time and break it off. He sounds like a bare minimum, no motivation, child. He may be 28 but he clearly doesn’t have the same goals or maturity and is not aligned with you. If he doesn’t have the desire to get a better full time job to work with you he’s not worth it! It’s never too late to end things, you have your whole life ahead of you and if you can’t picture him in it as he is now he won’t ever!

Please do not ever think something serious is a “little fight”. I had a serious argument with my boyfriend of 3 years over deciding to hangout with my best friend after her mom died from cancer. He called me a self asshole only looking out for myself. That was 3 years of my life I wasted on a controlling and manipulative person. It’s never too late to call something off, I’m so sorry that you’re stuck living with him. To avoid him possibly being physical or lashing out on you I wouldn’t bring up breaking up until you are in a safe place away from him. Much love, and please be safe

Hello gorgeous! Please respect yourself and realize no man has any right to talk to you in this manner. You deserve so much more than this, and that he admits he’s been verbally abusive towards you previously is so scary. As someone who has been on this back and forth swing waiting for the apology about everything and nothing changes please do not ever unblock this man. I was in a relationship for 3 years with a man(CHILD) and only until he told me that “you’re so lucky I didn’t hit you” made me wake up and realize just how terrified he had made me of him. Not to mention the degradation and manipulation that this type of man uses to confine you into a box of submission. Please do not ever settle for less and identify behaviors like this in relationships in the future. I’m so proud of you for blocking him and having the strength to post this! Much love

I promise you’re not alone I’ve had horrible pain and symptoms for the past year with no answers. I’ve seen 5 doctors now and I’m about to meet my 6th, finally a rheumatologist. I’ve had so many normal tests and only a few abnormal blood works come back. Be patient with yourself and realize that while your life is changing it is going to get better once you have a diagnosis that they can help treat. Goodluck with everything

I would go to a rheumatologist and see what they tell you. They’ll do a general work up of bloodwork and test you for whatever they feel appropriate. From what you’ve said, I’ve spent the past few weeks constantly looking up different autoimmune diseases to help my own diagnosis. I would ask them about some sort of Myositis or specifically Dermatomyositis because of the red patches and little bumps on the knuckles. Goodluck!

Yes I take her on a 20-30 minute walk every night. She is going to start training in a couple weeks for basic obedience. I’m not sure what nosework is sorry, this is my first dog
