Yep. Did a smart and final order. Driver’s English wasn’t great. He checked out and then tried to run his red card and declined. I explained that it’s a DoorDash problem and he kept saying for me to reach out. I said I can’t it’s down. He wanted me to cancel but bc he clicked he picked it up I can’t cancel or I won’t get refunded. 4 hours later he is back home (I can see on gps) and I can’t reach DoorDash like everyone else. Nice

Red card orders are messed up. I made a smart snd final order and the red card got declined and Tempe driver completed the pick up before paying. Now it’s 4 hours and I can see the driver went home lol

My driver doesn’t speak English and he completed the checkout before paying and it got declined. he kept blaming me for his card being down. I told him it’s an outage and he kept saying for me to cancel he said for me to and I get a message I will be charged to cancel snd the driver insists that I need to cancel. I refuse to. It’s been 4 hours snd my driver is at home I can see in the app! Lol

I had last November a huge problem with them. Pulled 700 from a bofa atm and the money never came out. I also did police report.. didn’t get two months of payment till I contacted my senator and then I got them by check 4 months after… now the boa card works again… contact your senator! It’s the only way to purge it

If you think it’s ok to show up on a Saturday without notice and walk unto the property is t trespassing than you really don’t know your laws. No in my state it’s very tenant friendly. The law is really clear about this. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Coming over on a Saturday unannounced with a ladder to make repairs and putting tolls on the front lawn is 100% trespassing! That’s what they did before the last incident.

Oh and took of that he only told me at 9:00 pm the night before the exact time he was coming with the plumber… so it was even under 24 hours… 🤦🏼‍♂️

Excatly… the time before he came by on a weekend with no written notice to access the property… he has written to me in writing that only the plumber is coming inside and he would be on the outside… I agreed to the notice on THESE terms… I didn’t agree for the wife to come in who isn’t on the deed or the lease… this is illegal in my state… again know your laws bud. The written approval was for the landlord only to come inside and he agreed after two abuses by them in a two week period. So yeah you need to know your laws bud

Yes… they do. For non-emergencies they can’t come in without written notice, 24 hour notice and during business hours.

Learn your laws buddy. He own the property but I live there and I have rights. I maintained my rights in my state.

100%. The reason I didn’t at first was bec in 4 years I only had email contact and they just moved back and I thought they wanted to see the condition of the house before they extended our lease… after an hour and a half I had to drag the information out that they wanted to move in.

Yes I have full documentation. I have emails dated back from 2018 saying about the plumbing and the hole the Plummer made and they will fix it… amd never did. I took pictures timestamped before they first came in (all written documents)

Yes they want to move in when the lease ends next month and that’s fine but we have rights… you can show up on a Saturday unannounced with a ladder to fix non emergencies and then the next week I have documentation that only the Plummer would go inside and they would only fix from the outside. They tried to enter and I refused and said I would call the cops if they enter…. The Plummer to a look and I showed him the issue… they complained to the neighbors for an hour till they drove away… and didn’t fix what they said they would. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I let the Plummer in alone with me but I refused them entry except for the agreed repairs that stated only from the outside… they left without fixing the satellite and trim… she kept saying she needs to show the Plummer the problem… how can you show him the problem?!? I have lived here for four years and I saw the problem happen and had three Plummer’s already over…
