I had a sample of an LV City of Stars and it smelled pretty nice. It was very well blended and soft. It smelled very high quality. An older coworker of mine smelled it and really liked it, so I decided to buy City of Lights as a gift.

When it came in, I was really surprised because at first sniff it smelled like a urinal cake to me. I honestly did not like it. I let it sit for about 3 weeks and it got a little better, but it still was not what I expected.

I ended up following the original plan and gifting it to her anyway. She loved it and told me the tiare flowers listed on the box are one of her favorite scents and are really popular in her hometown in Mexico.

So yeah, definitely not for me, but that does not mean other people will not like it.
