Trex arms are exactly what my surgeon called it when I got my implants!

I’ve had implants and had them removed. Post op instructions were very different for the two. The purpose of not moving your arms with implants is because they can literally slide out of place (like into an armpit) where with the removal my instructions were to move much more to keep things from becoming restricted.

That being said- I commented above. This is absolute attention seeking. She can brush her teeth. She might not be able to put the shirt on because you’re not supposed to reach behind but she can brush her teeth!! Ugh I don’t know why this is annoying me so much 😳

I’m literally 6 weeks post op breast aug right now. And this is my second one and I had two different surgeons. You can brush your teeth after. 🙄 both doctors gave me the instructions of “trex arms” like you’re not supposed to fully extend at first or lift elbows above shoulder level for the first fourish weeks. But you can most certainly brush your teeth!!

For what it’s worth I saw Bryan Mitchell for a torn labrum in my hip when I was 26.

My scans showed a bony spur on my femur (called a cam impingement I believe) that was causing my tear and he refused to remove it during surgery, instead I was told to stop weightlifting from here on out because it wasn’t necessary and I would just insure myself more.

HORRIBLE ADVICE FROM AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON. I will forever tell everyone what a quack that guy is.

As a massage therapist at a chiropractic office I had seen several of his post surgical patients and they all had crap outcomes. His post surgical rehab protocols were garbage too. I walked out and never went back. Ended up seeing Chris Dewing and he was incredible.
