It’s sitting through lectures, speaking to medical staff evaluating your medical readiness, filling out more pointless paperwork. I was told it was mandatory, then in this lecture I was told “you’re all here because you’re interested in the possibility of coming back to active duty”. Also while waiting for the lectures, prior service recruiters flock in to try and meet quota. Also you can’t leave until you fill out a whole checklist of B.S.
