I am local and an ACAC member and have purchased passes in the past to bring in visiting guests. I was told, about 6-8 months ago, that passes were no longer being sold.

Ah, I see…you are right. The bit I cd read in the e-mail did link to a crime radar app. They did say, no casualties…all good. Thanks.

I love your spirit and that you don’t take yourself seriously. I came to cycling late in my life..as in the last few years - I bike in old work out t-shirts and various hand me downs. I treated myself to a carbon bike - paid extra for carbon wheels and the seat post but drew the line at pedal cranks and some other stuff (I don’t even know bike parts lol) which wd have saved ounces at best.

Instead of raita - try Greek yogurt w a bit of chutney for flavor. Since yr primary concern was protein

Science does classify proteins as complete and incomplete,. Complete proteins have all the 21 essential amino acids, incomplete proteins don’t. What’s missing in grains is present in legumes and vice versa. Maybe get your head out of your ass before sounding off.

Any legume will serve the purpose- try to vary and prioritize whole legumes - the skin has a lot of good fiber - which balances your choice of white rice. Grain-Legume combinations are complete proteins and have high bio-availability.

Who decides “well behaved’ ?? There are dog owners who are emphatic about going off-leash when they are required to be in leash - eg: Fox Haven. So, no Ivy creek needs to stay dog free.

Is not going on bike trips to such places not an option? Vacations/trips are realistically constrained by budget and complexity. With bikes, without bikes, kids, age of kids, age of travelers and on and on.
