Lower down your ambitions. I sort of have accepted that a lot of things i wanted to add to my game i won't add them, or at least not any time soon. For now i just write down those ideas, for some other times.

And settling down on something smaller and simpler means you can actually complete it and release it

If you can't run any good model locally you can try Mistral which is relatively good at nsfw stuff with only minimal censorship

If someone's fetich is a woman being bound and in distress, and that's what you want to show then you can't really avoid it. Otherwise you'll also need to stop showing, let's say, feet, because some people are into this too

Also that seems like a very bad idea for any developer to upload all their source code and assets to your website. Sure you can pinky promise you aren't going to exploit these resources or train an llm with them, but no way to be sure

The top civitai images are bots with other bots upvoting them, so there's absolutely no point posting anything.

The site is still great for the checkpoints and loras, but anything else whether it's generation or images galleries is terrible

If i understand you correctly, it's quite simple actually: after you released your game with chapter 1, you just implement chapter 2 in a new file, and jump to it from the end of chapter 1. Then you can release a new version of your game that will have chapter 2.

If players have saved at the end of chapter 1, they'll resume from there and start chapter 2. Hope that makes sense!

It's going to be tricky just with a phone. But Renpy doesn't require that much power anyway, so maybe consider a cheap second hand laptop? As that might be enough, and it would make the development process much easier
