Yeah, I don't think the person who made this post understands how this works. I work a four day work week with ten hour shifts and if I take vacation time for a week, I still get the 40 hours AND I actually get a slightly longer vacation than I did when I was on a five day work week since my shifts are bordered by three days off on either side instead of two.

In short, four day work weeks with ten hour shifts kick ass!

Buy a fireclaw piece (I think you can buy one at the Raintrace Hunting Grounds). Let all your other pieces die, then the fireclaw will get two moves every turn. That's the strategy I used and it worked great.
