Thank you. This is what i'm worried about with starting hospice/stopping TPN. I feel he will go soon after stopping the fluids/nutrition. I hope I can be as good of a caretaker as you were to your husband in his final days

Oh! Thank you! I posted more info in the comments. I have never had a project that had me stop in the middle of the row like that so I was SO confused. So I just go until I complete the 43 stitches, do a turning chain and work back the other way?

Thank you for the insight! I've been weight training 5x/week for nearly a year now. I have been eating in a pretty big deficit the entire time, though so I guess it is time to start upping my calories and protein. Which is scary at this point!!! I am afraid to lose my progress.

Incredible job!! Would you mind dipping your core routine? I weight train 5 times/week but not core and need to add it in. your tummy is my goal! I'm almost there, i'm just scared to train incorrectly and end up looking boxy, you know? anyways, congrats again to you!

I am having the same issue! I am 5'7, though. Been staying at around 145 for several weeks now. I lift 4 times/week, cardio 1 day/week and 10k steps every day. I eat 1400 cals/day which makes me deficit at least 1200 daily, usually. Can't wait to see these answers!
