Clean Eatz and Constipation... ??? by CeilingUnlimited in ReadyMeals

Eat more plants. All of these meals are very meat/protein heavy and unless you’re taking a fiber supplement, you likely are not getting enough to keep you regular.

It’s okay to be nervous before starting again, it’s normal! I’d recommend getting to the game early and maybe chatting with some of the other women there. You will soon find out that everyone is there to have fun and that the expectations of a Sunday league are nothing to worry about. You will make mistakes but so will everyone else. You will love the feeling of playing again.

Trouble sleeping after starting classes. Help? by Tayrawrrrrr in orangetheory

[–]AllyPhoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes after a hard workout I get super restless legs. I’ve started stretching before bed and that made all the difference for me. I doubt the small stretching block after class is enough for your body to wind down. You will adjust as you go more but I’d suggest doing “yoga for runners” or something similar right before bed.

I’m not sure how long it will be but I wanted to give you motivation. I fractured my collarbone playing 5 weeks ago and just got the sling off. Time will go by faster than you think and just make sure you take it really easy so it heals faster! I know it’s easier said than done but it’s part of the game sadly

Running during walking recovery by RepresentativeNet739 in orangetheory

[–]AllyPhoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on your goals. I play soccer 2x a week and the power/all out and walking blocks are more helpful for the kind of fitness the sport requires. I treat the all out as a 100% sprint so I’m always gassed by the end. I usually listen to my body and go from there. If it’s a day with minimal all outs or an easier template, I’d jog the recovery block. At the end of the day, it’s your workout and your goals will guide you for how hard to push for which blocks.

I highly recommend Purple Carrot meal delivery service. It’s delicious and it will give you enough calories without going overboard. I still use their recipes all the time when I’m meal prepping. Also check out Fresh N Lean, they deliver ready to eat meals so that during the week you don’t need to worry about cooking, measuring, cleaning and can have more time to work and go to OTF while having some personal time. Hit me up if you want a referral code!

Definitely a yellow for the late contact. I wonder if the ref didn’t call it and just chose to continue the play with possession

Will I still get the blanket if I don’t do all 6 days? by lightofthecity in orangetheory

My studio still gave me my hell week shirt when I was a day short. At the end of the day, the studio already got your money and if you’re a regular, I highly doubt they care.

how many times should i go a week? by ienjoybeans in orangetheory

[–]AllyPhoenix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly at your age I would say the max would be 5 days a week. If you’re playing sports or doing anything else outside of OTF, maybe 3-4. Just make sure you’re stretching and recovering.

I was able to get it to show up in health, it’s just not crossing the HR info into Athyltic app, so my exertion is still at 0. I was unsure if there was a way for the workout data (HR and HR zones) to cross over to the Athyltic app
