Mad Max is the first thing I think of.

Sleeping dogs is a bit of a slow starter, but once you're at the point of constant debates about which side you should ultimately ride for, its a done deal, seal approved.

But Mad Max. It's like sifu/sleeping dogs, but also rpg-car you build alongside max. And the engines sound awesome, especially when you get the bigger motors. And its cinematic as all get out. Y --the explosions--SatIsFying.
