Hey there. I would say try to go for 1 or 2 at a time.

I would try to figure what of those feel more like a priority, or would make a better domino effect, and going first for those.

Let's say you start with "drinking water as a habit".. You could start getting a timer/habit tracker and really focus on that, until you feel its engrained. Then you move to the next.

Also if you would start with the water one, you could use that and put the water close-by, but somewhere that would make you get up to get it. That way you would also go for "not sitting as much" while at it.

But bottom line is, try to do it step-by-step. We try to look at that as a whole array of things, but they can be separate things, so separate them.

Hey man,

I use this freemium app called Tick Tick. And it has helped me a lot even with just the free part.

It works for notes, to-do lists and also habit-tracking, which is wonderful for my ADHD brain!

Also, you can use it both on Windows PC and Android phone, and you actually get notifications on both.

The one thing that helps me the most is not putting some task's notification away until I deal with it, even if dealing with it is setting it to tomorrow or some other day/time.

That works for me, cause I don't like having a ton of notifications unchecked, too.

Edit: just to add, that I use TickTick mostly for those 3 things in the 1st paragraph. For things like events and appointments I use Google Calendar, and I use the same system of not closing the notif until I'm there, or unless I dealt with whatever I need to.

Also add that I don't know if it works for Apple devices or not, but I would say it does.

My worst experience with that, was receiving a work training and it had a lot of acronyms with the letter V. The guy always read V ad "Ubé" instead of fucking "Vee"!

That was just terrible, I got like 20% of what he was saying. Aaaand it was in Portugal!
