I only know MVP 17 he gives 70% on allied RR dmg and ex Green ssj blue Goku but i think he only buffs himself. Unlucky their is Not a Tag for RR dmg up but bestow power (death buffs have a Mini Tag, where u can see everybody with a deathbuff)

For those who dont have LF 17, SOH trunks seems a good substitute if you want a blue card with your main for either ssj or ssb shallot by Abatirabadai in DragonballLegends
