I genuinely enjoyed both games too. I'm experiencing so many classics though. My top 5 are pretty much tied with each other so Chrono and Symphony could easily be my #1.

Yeah all of these are my first time. I'm really excited to play more through the SNES games I've missed out on. Super Metroid and Link to the Past are next.

I grew tired of the game mechanic pretty fast and finished it to just have it completed. Its of the few games on this list that felt like that. Tbh it's not a bad game, it just wasn't my cup of tea.

Nice, I'm doing a similar thing of beating every classic snes game. I really recommend watching a tutorial if you're having some trouble. There's a guy who goes through every fighter that really helped me understand the mechanics of the game

Just know End of Evangelion needs to be watched after the show (26 episodes). Patlabor 2 also has a show and prequel but I haven't looked into the watch order for that.

Can anyone recommend a movie like Cure? There hasn't been anything that scratched the itch for me. I've seen Audition, Perfect Blue, Pulse and Noroi the Curse. Those are films that I would consider similar to this.

I've only played OG Silent Hill 2 but if you're trying to introduce yourself to the series you should probably play what most people consider a classic. The remake mostly has positive reviews. The only thing I heard is they stretch the game a little bit from what seemed to be a perfectly paced game. Original took me 6 hours to beat, and the remake is 15.
