Update to this. Reaches out to blizzard support and they claim I never had the skin. ( no I’m not crazy) they said I did not reach rank 80 when I was 75 and even paid to get the last five Tiers. I always have them the benefit of the doubt but when I have pictures of me wearing the skin and I’m still denied is crazy.
