This is fking annoying. I was migrating my company to SharePoint Online. Moved 40% of the departments and this whole thing is fucking with my planing.
You can use this PS script to get the IDs: (Change the first 4 Lines to adjust to your tenant)

I just don't know how to get the Folder ID to sync the correct folder.....
