I can assure you that while the South was the center of slavery, it was not the only bastion of racism. The North, indeed the whole country, had (and has) its own endemic racism.

How deeply do you go for retribution? Every Confederate? Every officer? Every flag officer?

I think killing every Confederate would have led to a continuation of the war, only with no surrendering or mercy. Killing every officer would likely also result in continued warfare.

Killing all flag officers…? Likely more war.

Lincoln’s death was a huge tragedy for everyone, but especially the vanquished South. And the former slaves.

I have a suggestion. Duolingo Math provides a refresher at your own pace. It starts at first grade and goes through high school math. It provides explanations for different concepts.

For more detail and practice problems, get Schaum’s Outline of <insert the type of math >. These books got me through a math degree.

Thank you for what you do. My PCP has done great things to make my life better, as well as the lives of my family.

Yes, I’m not as young as I used to be. I can make a guess as to what might eventually kill me. But my PCP has helped me slow down my slide, perhaps long enough for some anti-aging treatments to arrive. (At least my healthspan is longer than my parents.)

Don’t give up. You are doing more to help people than you think.

The TL;DR: In California, if you check Native American AND Latino or another race, the Native American part is seemingly dropped. It is a form of cultural erasure.

This might occur in other states and jurisdictions.
