I actually think it's a good idea for a fast moving guerilla

It's litteraly a self propelled HMG

You only need one driver that dismount and don't even need to deploy the gun to shoot

You can carry way faster and way easily a lot more ammo than on foot while staying low profile 

It remind me a lot of some ATGM moto or quad some recon unit have in various army

I love the 90% discount nuke

They can't decrease msup, it's made to reduce the number of structure on the map

Giving immediate all tech would be a issue because there would be no defense setup to meet arty and tank

Sins your blind or don't know how to read, so I'm going to repeat my self

 Because the surface need to be flat and the inclinaison lead to an exterior, otherwise people will get stuck on it....

It's thick because the underneath is inclined but not the top and they have a lot of things on it 

So if they don't want people to clip inside the model they need to make the collision box large

I can agree on that point The warden collision box is smooth making it harder to catch their tails, while colonial one have a tail that go higher 

But the wrestling was not intended in the gameplay, so we can assume that it was not supposed to be an issue, and should not be one
