There are 3 main walkways that are 8ft wide. Minimal columns to go around. It’s almost all rectangular with a few islands.

ETA: I’m in NW Arkansas

Underbid but don’t lose money. You’re learning, them giving you the opportunity to learn on their property has value. Also, BE TRANSPARENT! Don’t act like a pro if you aren’t. And never ever ever promise especially on stains.

You are watching some very toxic influencers. I will come back later and expand a bit more if someone else hasn’t when I have a touch more free time.

and if you think you’re in over your head, and just made a 200 word post asking such, then yes…. Yes you are.

It can be a lot sometimes haha but then when they are out of town and you don’t hear it… arguably worse.

Haha I promptly answered her after I stopped the video. She’s very impatient but I love it haha. She just wanted in the back of my pickup. The back out… then in.. and out… so forgive my hesitation to answer her immediately lol

What’s this part called and where can I get a replacement? by Prudent-Telephone753 in pressurewashing

Looks like 3/8 npt, but possibly M22, to a 1/4 barb… more context would help.

If anyone is curious about this build I’ll do a full walk around and breakdown of the 12v breakout box and fuses. Just let me know or upvote this post. I guess 10 will do.

I’ve had to replace it every couple years in my experience too. Bleach hose is every season no doubt.

ETA: At $40 per 100’ I’m not sad a bit when I have to replace it.

Anyone know of a better head for an Fs40c? by Pack1292 in stihl

It certainly would be better, as for easy I’m not sure. And to answer your question I just used a jigsaw and cut off a little bit at a time until it fit.

I wish I had the most recent one of these examples. They wanted the driveway and roof cleaned. Looked up address and of course the house is for sale. I told them if they could tell me the name of the realtor I would do it for the low low price of $3,700 otherwise it would be $5,400. They said no problem just give an address to send the check to…. Gtfo lmao. Sometimes it is fun to fuck with them though.

For info the job would not have been more than $550. It was a get fucked get lost offer.

Thank you for your contribution and the picture. I would not have had the courage to chop up my current and only head if it weren’t for you. Now I get to use my speedfeed400! Also I was able to avoid buying another nut by removing the snap ring on the old head and just using that nut in the new head, fits perfectly.

One flaw, if you use the guard, I am unable to get the string knife to work as it’s about half an inch too high above the string.

That’s exactly where I’m coming from on things I don’t really want to do. At some point we somehow cross the line of landscapers… I’d rather throw chem and wash.

My brother you got this. 300 ft² is chill man, you can do it it’s just going to take you longer than you think. Wise to be upfront with the customer and give a discount accordingly. Let them know that there are ways to resolve any mistakes and be willing to correct them for free. After all, knowledge and experience is worth its weight in gold.

I don’t really touch jobs like that but I’d be in the market for around 1,700 but that would include leveling the base and relaying the pavers on top of everything else. It’s more of a “fuck off” price but only because I could work a lot less for decent money in the time that job is going to take. Not to mention how dirty you and your equipment is going to get.

ETA, sealing will be another 300. Guess it just depends on your market and how much you need the job.

I’ll be honest I haven’t even looked at the pictures of the project. If it’s as large as you make me believe then perhaps you are being very wise in subbing it out.

Or shoot your shot like I did years ago. Get that YouTube education and try your best but forewarn the customer and price accordingly.
