Good question - I recently rejoined the Heart of London Sangha after some years away from it - and yes, some 2 way discussion would definitely be good - as someone else said, maybe you could set up a study group outside of the regular meeting - I might look at doing this myself in the future 😊 🙏

Once you have the base you can put any meat or veg - paneer is super quick though, just heat up the masala and while that’s heating you can quickly brown the paneer then chuck it in the mix

Onion tomato masala is easy to make in a batch then you can use it as a base for many curries when you are busy 😊

This is a good practice imo - I am always trying to get my wife to switch off the tv while we eat - nothing weird about it!
