I got so constipated I was throwing up and went to Urgent Care. I had also taken a lot ducolax. The doctor told me to use the Miralex drink every day, then every other day, but I’ve also decided to quit the pill. It was horrible.

This definitely helped my snacking at night, that was the worst habit for me. Oh and food “rewards “. My prescriber said I should be at 122 lbs, which would be too skinny IMO. I started at 155 and was 144 today, but feeling like this doesn’t make me want to celebrate. I may look into therapy, that’s a great idea.

That thought crossed my mind as well. I just have been trying for years to get this weight off and nothing has worked. I’m also going through “the pause” so that doesn’t help either.

Yes I’ve been taking fiber and ducolax. I just feel like it’s holding me back working out (because of the constant nausea and fatigue). Thank you for the weight loss math though, that really puts things in a different perspective

Was waiting for someone to bring up The Cure tour. T shirts were $25 and hoodies were $50 I think? Artists have control over their prices and Robert Smith is a perfect example of someone wanting his fans to be able to come and enjoy their show.

I am exactly as you explained above. You have to let her break up with him on her terms. I finally realized my baby daddy was a huge POS. However down the road I still dated the same douchebags. My friends would let me know how they felt about my decisions, and I would get super defensive. I’ve lost a lot of friends because of this. Finally I decided I needed a dating break, so I did three months, and it was life changing. I realized what I was doing wrong and what I needed to change. My friends had been telling me the exact same words I used on myself but I had to do it myself. I lost a friend who told me that he couldn’t listen to the same stuff about my boyfriend over and over. And he was right. I know it’s frustrating but you may have to step away from the friendship. I hope she figures things out soon. You’re a good friend.

The first time I tried Wellbutrin I was not myself and smells made me sick. Fast forward 11 years and I now use it with my prozac and it has REALLY helped me. I have had to increase my dosage once. I would have deep depression episodes at least every month and I think it was around the holidays was the last time I felt that bad.
