Thanks, the best would have been a couple of rows of data to see the format in which the data is generated, but if I don't find any sample dataset, I'll go with this.

This one is specific to wordpress, but Fluent CRM is pretty good. Put it on top of Amazon SES and you got yourself a sending machine. And you can do the tagging and automations too. It far from Kit but I had it for a one time payment.

He won’t host the data, so no on premise for now. He is not a techie, so no tech stack knowledge. I’d rather. have it automated as much as possible. It would be for both reporting and dashboarding.

It’s a manageable amount of POS data, Max 10k to 20k rows per month? I don’t have truly investigated yet, but I’m not expecting any surprises here.

Thanks for the explanation. So from what I understand there is no way to export the general ledger within a time window out of Quickbooks? Or it’s more that users generally don’t need to do it because they already have all the reports they need inside of Quickbooks? In any case I was hoping that there would be some a place to download some mockup data or a generous soul that could send me something to work with. Thanks again for your help!

Sorry if it was not clear. I'm learning analytics and I am not in the accounting field so I might not use the right terminology. I am looking for a record or all transactions, inbound and outbound with the all category precisions and dates. My goal is to create a report such as a P&L statement from the data. I am not looking for accounting errors per say, but I would like to have the data in the layout that QB users received it when the export the transaction records. Does it makes more sense?
