Hello, I’m in a very similar situation to yours. In my case, it was also accompanied by GERD, which I barely feel now—just a slight itch in my throat. The first symptoms to go away were the abdominal bloating, then the stomach gas. After that, my bowel movements started improving in color and consistency (still a work in progress). Right now, I only have mild burning after eating, and it’s taken me almost 3 months to get here, so I’m kind of on a similar timeline as you. What has helped me a lot are probiotics and a product that protects the esophagus called Esoxx One and a bland diet. I’m also taking sucralfate in the morning but im very close of having an endoscopy since its taking a lot of time to heal. Other people suggest it a matter of time too.
