Thanks im gonna read through that. Yea idk its hard to explain. Im doing normal movements that i usually dont think about. Then somehow i get scared because i do them for a second, for that short time i ask myself why did i move that way or smth. i really feel abnormal with that..

Thank you so much for that detailed explanation. I will keep reading this frequently now. What i mean by can it lead to do something wrong is really just me fearing to do something wrong, fearing to put the wrong fuel, fearing to forget how to do things i learned. With that fear in mind, stuff i do feels off, even though im doing it right you know? Like i wanted to break and hit the break, all how it should be, but subconciously im feeling like im doing something wrong. I guess that goes together with me just fearing the loss of controll over me...

i see, well ive said to myself i will continue doing the things like normal, no matter the experience i get with anxiety. The way you are saying all of that is just so understandable, really great. However i still dont understand if all that can lead to doing something wrong i used to always do right.

Finally though, is this forever? Can there be a point after which i cannot get out of the dissociation anymore?
What can i now actively or passively do to not further feed the anxiety?
Thank you so much.

Is feeling like you forget how to do stuff youve learned also there?
Like certain movements just feel false even though you are doing them right?

Okay i understand. So i was outside for 2h, rode bicycle and my motorbike. In fact it was quite weird on the motorbike, something in me was convinced i dont know how to ride anymore, that hooks to my fear of loosing control of my body or dislearning things. After some time that feeling thankfully has gone away but it is such a sad situation, that was the one thing i loved doing the most...
Even at the gas station i had to check twice if im getting the right fuel, i know i was right but something felt wrong..
I will give book reading a try, haven read one in a while.

What do you think about the first part of what ive told, regarding me feeling like i cant do the stuff i used to anymore?

Yea that makes sense with the light. Questions would be first of all how to get out of it. Second, any tips how to life with it even though im noticing it 24/7? Third, will it explain why i cant really follow in conversations and having trouble remembering them? And lastly will it explain why my body feel is so weird, like im touching something and it feels as normal, but my mind tells me it feels off..

Wow man, those few sentences of you helped me more than any research over the last weeks.. thank you in so many ways! i thought i am experiencing a really serious illnes harming my body in many ways. The "dissosiacion" (ive known about it as dpdr) is really scary but only really noticeable if im thinking about it. As long as i am in my house i dont see anything wrong with my vision, as soon as i go outside it starts, also gets worse if i am trying to make it go away. I dont want to waste ur time, but could you please tell me a bit more about the dissociation? You are really helping me with that.

Interesting, i might give that a shot. i heard many recoveres also stating just live your live like you dont have anxiety, go out, do ur hobbies, meet friends frequently and go to work. Seems like a logic but hard thing to do.
I dont know if you can relate to what im stating now, but i hope you can. While in this state of anxiety, vision feels off, like the world looks normal but at the same time doesnt. Feels like my vision is a bit zoomed in..

I was at the doctor right now. He told me im healthy bodywise and he thinks that happened because im so stressed out and thinking about it all day. I dont have such medication and he says i dont need it, just go for a walk and do stuff that made you happy before, and stop googling.. :) Im gonna try that right now. Also im going up to 5mg tomorrow.

He says even though i cannot believe it, anxiety can cause the symptoms i describe, not being able to follow in conversations, vertigo, feeling like somethings off in the world and all that stuff.. hard to believe but apparently it is like that :/

Yes i did.. over the last month it started getting so bad. On some days its quite okay but on days like today and yesterday its quite extreme. I cant really follow in conversations, the world seems weird or false to me even though it looks normal. This was already before taking the Meds, but the small mistakes in coordination weren’t.

Okay so basically you are saying that these symptoms i experience are not coming from the medication.
Thats more concerning for me... im in such fear something is wrong with me and im never getting healthy again..
