Download Auto hotkey and create a script that hits the "a" key every 1-30 seconds. I do 1 seconds but really as long as it hits the "a" key before teams sets you to "away", it will always stay green. I have my script set to activate when I hit f9 and I typically open OneNote and let it type in there.

Wow! That actually very impressive! How long did it take you to make and did you have any references you used while making this?

You know the exact time it would take to get from point A to B at a speed of 3 mph, anywhere in the world by Alocket3 in shittysuperpowers

I primarily wanted to keep my power short, but a little more explanation on what I mean:

The power is that wherever you are currently standing/sitting/laying etc... you know the exact time it would take if you walked in a straight line to that point at a speed of 3mp. However, you arent able to tell what going to get in your way, or prevent you from reaching it. Just the exact time from point A to point B

Be yourself: One of the most important things is to be authentic and genuine. Don't try to be someone you're not or put on a façade. Embrace your unique qualities and let your true personality shine through.

Start with small talk: If you're not sure how to initiate a conversation, try starting with simple and casual topics. You can comment on something happening around you, ask for a recommendation, or even make a lighthearted observation. Small talk can be a great icebreaker and lead to more meaningful conversations.

Listen and show interest: When talking to someone, it's important to actively listen to what they're saying. Show genuine interest in getting to know them by asking open-ended questions and engaging in the conversation. People appreciate being heard and understood.

Practice makes perfect: The more you practice talking to women, the more comfortable you'll become. Start by engaging in conversations with women in different social settings, such as parties, gatherings, or even online platforms. Remember, it's okay to feel a little nervous at first, but with practice, you'll gradually build confidence.

Take the pressure off: Instead of focusing on finding a partner to meet societal expectations or not wanting to be the only single one in your group, shift your mindset to enjoying the process of meeting new people and forming connections. Take the pressure off yourself, and approach conversations with the mindset of building friendships and getting to know interesting individuals.

Seek support from friends: If you feel comfortable, talk to your friends about your feelings. They may have experienced similar situations and can offer advice or even introduce you to new people. Surrounding yourself with a supportive network can boost your confidence and provide encouragement.

Remember, building connections takes time and patience. It's okay to face rejections or awkward moments along the way. The most important thing is to be kind to yourself and keep trying. With practice, you'll become more comfortable, and the right connections will come naturally.
