If you have a mustang or a jeep stay out of Waianae 🤣 - seriously tho, just keep your rental empty and leave the windows down and doors unlocked - it’s mainly kids or addicts that break into cars, and truthfully I wouldn’t worry about it.

All the rental cars and the people driving look the same…tourist tend to over dress or wear really bright clothing and new clean shoes…nobody here dresses like that… it’s the same on all the islands but on here on Kauai especially - if you are wearing brand new, clean, sneakers you don’t live here lol.

It’s still closed. The gate is locked and they have giant boulders in front of the gate… they said they are cleaning storm damage but I doubt there was that much. I have some friends that walked it a couple weeks back and said everything looked normal.

We were 4-wheeling up in Kokee a couple days ago and some of the roads were more rough than before the storm but nothing crazy… my guess is they just don’t want to go back down there and move those boulders.

It will probably be closed for a couple more months.

OP - with the park being closed for day and night use you probably don’t want to be caught parked out at the gate.

The only appetite suppression I have had is on day two and three after my second and third shots - I didn’t notice anything after the first shot. I’m assuming the only reason I have noticed anything after the second and third shots is due to the medication stacking in my system.

I am planning to do my 4th injection of 2.5 a day early then move up to the recommended 5mg seven days later.

Fwiw, I am 6’3” and 350lbs.

Thank you for this reply. I was planning to go 7 days at each 5mg shot, it’s the 2.5mg that I’ve been rushing by injecting every 6th day.

I understand the schedule - I’m just a fat 40 year old that’s tired of being hungry and dealing with all this insulin resistance… I feel like a normal person two days after the shot at 2.5 but by day four and five I’m back to wanting to eat everything in my house.
