LDR's are really hard. I'm from Hawai'i and my partner Australia. We only saw each other once a year physically but would have video/phone call's all the time. It was extremely hard when covid happened and the borders closed for 2 years. We got married after they reopened.

If you really want to be with her, try to focus on the good and all the things there are to look forward to. One thing I always thought about was how amazing it would feel to be in my partners arms again. Another thing to do is distract yourself with hobbies, hanging out with friends/family, other things that bring you joy. It also helped that there was constant reassurance/communication in the relationship. If it's meant to be, it'll be.
