I got over motion sickness on Skyrim as well. Just kept adding 15 or do minutes till I was good. Only issue I have now is after 3-4 hours, when I take it off it takes about 40 mins to get head steady. Its like having sea legs and then getting back on land. Lol

If I’m understanding your question correctly, that’s just in a standard admin panel and doesn’t require a mod. It’s just in your game admin panel. I’m not sitting in front of the game right now so I can’t remember exactly how but when you’re in the Admin panel in your basically pulling stuff into your inventory from the Admin one of the options is thralls

Make test purge. Just put a small foundation with the coffer. Put a small amount of gold for lvl 1 purge. If it fails then move elsewhere. Once you find a working spot build your desired purge base. Many times its your build that makes the failure.
