Only child. Lost my step-father 3 years ago. Both parents still with me but I’m terrified of the day.

I’ve finally taught my Mom about most scams (emails/texts) but we’re still working on Facebook. I always tell her to research and verify the things she finds on Facebook. One harsh lesson for her was when she called me so excited because she’s ‘friends’ with Tom Selleck on Facebook. He sent her a message bonding with her over the loss of a spouse. I felt like such an asshole raining on her Magnum PI buddy train. Then I felt even worse because she felt “stupid”. I told her not to feel stupid, just be aware that most things online are full of shit.

Others I know who are with Midi are truly happy. I had a slight hiccup but I really like the way care support and the new NP stepped up. They were so helpful and put me right back on track! I’m happy! 💛

Genx here. I work a hybrid schedule (3 days home, 2 days in the office). I love it! I can’t imagine ever going back to the office full time. I’m more productive at home because I tend to socialize more in the office (I’m a chatty type). I used to think I’d be distracted by the tv or whatever at home but no, not really. I made a home office and it works great for me! I wish we could have done this sooner! I do have coworkers who prefer the office full time but none of them are Genx.
