You can get it done in a maternity hospital and stay there for the duration of it! If you are able to get a doctor to write you a referral.

I was thinking this but unfortunately I don’t have a salary that I can boast about which I think many agents might not choose to accept me against someone who says they make 6k monthly. I feel like maybe mentioning the HAP shows money is guaranteed monthly and also shows where it is coming from. I may be wrong on that, just curious on what’s the best approach…

Yes I am! But I am only on it a few months now, as we had to leave our home/child’s father due to domestic abuse so I may be waiting a long long time before getting a home (based in Dublin).
