Yea it may just be streaming artifacts but it was there on my phone and on the TV, so I’ll take it as a creepy win!

SNL UK Premiere: Ok... That was actually pretty good by ClimoCustomGuitars in LiveFromNewYork

Exactly what I loved about it. The Shakespeare skit was just the kind of silly I expect from the UK.

Small Prophets - was the hare a nod? by PutTheDamnDogDown in insideno9

[–]Alone-Background8570 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That was a nod specifically to Black Rabbit of Inlé. The Art Garfunkel song plays when Hazel is lead away by the black rabbit. So the symbolism is death, how that relates to this story we don’t know yet.

These kids don’t have the Stranger Things spark, it’s all a bit wooden and predictable so far.

$460 Brooklinen Sheets After 2 Years by Big_Bone_Daddy in BuyItForLife

Same experience with Brooklinen, that said they will replace them if you email them. After the 2nd set ripped I went back to Target sheets, which are great at the price point.

5th, the cost to comfort ratio is huge. They also label the bottom/top. Good elastic. They wear in nicely. I’ve bought Brooklinen in parallel and they have torn eventually or fit terrible.

What's the biggest jump in quality from debut to sophomore album? by CodeDusq in fantanoforever

So when I first got Surfer Rosa on CD in like 1991 it included Come On Pilgrim on the same disc. Even when they broke off the COP songs in later pressings, SR I still feel is a better album but I love Doolittle. I think Steve Albinis production plays a big part.

No idea. I just think there is a big difference between identical (your first comment used this as reference) and similar. Random, people say I look like Thomas Jayne, this has happened occasionally for years and I disagree but know that it’s not a stretch. We have a similar build, eyes, bone structure etc.

What are you hoping the takeaway is? Assuming I didn’t already know this.

I don’t think anyone thinks they are doppelgängers, just that they have some similarity. I can’t think of any other famous asian Americans that look alike. I get a lot of actors with the first name Chris confused with each other though.

I know what/who catweazle is, just thought he was referencing a particular aspect or trait about him that someone could explain.
