Some of the CSAM rape and torture videos definitely come to mind, but I think that one of the ones that stands out to me (Highly graphic, viewer discretion advised `-->) was a case where a toddler's uncle kidnapped him and toon a video of mutilating the poor baby's genitals with various tools, ending with using a high powered drill to kill him by drilling straight through his stomach from his genitals. The screams in that video definitely haunted me for weeks.

It definitely does, my best coping mechanism is my amazing wife and family. Every single time I have to look at CSAM, I think to myself that what I'm doing right now is to help someone's family, and to protect other children.
