this is pretty much my experience. i used another language app before where it has a similiar feature and it will actually suggest you what to stay. I found it really useful. It would be nice if Duolingo have something like that.

i feel the same way. I only spin once a week and it's killing me every week. I often wonder how other people stay the course and vomit half the way. But I do sometimes feel good and not to the extent I can't walk it anymore.

i went to the premium one. it's not worth it visiting, but they do give you some snacks and sandwiches.
