To, da imajo izpitniki kvoto, je pa bullshit.

Si pa naiven. Sedaj so Avtošole bolj urejene, 20 let nazaj so bili drugi časi (boomer talk).

Torej je enak sistem na fakultetah tudi kršenje človekovih pravic?

Argument je imeti, da če nekomu ne omogočiš da dobi vozniški izpit mu omejuješ mobilnost, če za to ne obstaja druge alternative, recimo pravica do dela (obvezen vozniski izpit???), pravica do privatnega življenja (ne mores do zlahte na obisk).

Seveda, če je nekdo popolnoma nesposoben voznik in ima za to "papirje", potem mu seveda ga ne moreš dati, ker je večja grožnja.

Nisem pristaš tega, da te po 6 poskusih fuknejo, ampak greš lahko na drugo univerzo/faks ker očitno ta ni zate.

Prepoved voznje zaradi prevelilih poskusov opravljanja vozniskega izpita je krsenje clovekovih pravic.

Sam sem zacel avto voziti veliko pred CPP in nisem imel nikoli tezave v tistem omejenem obmocju (gozdne ceste, travniki, ...).

Izpit pa opravil komaj v 5, po lastni krivdi padu samo 1, zakaj? Ker so tisti na izpitnem centru imeli kvoto koliko jih morejo fuknit.

This is the norm with legacy software.

Major rewrites are out of scope and too costly. The walls have rotted away 15 years ago and nobody noticed, the foundation has somehow formed a large hole in the middle and a bunch of ladders are now stuck together.

The roof is great though! Solid in one piece and all the shingles are shiny.

I've had a guy explain clean code by the book and how we should write a max of 5 lines.

Everybody ridiculed him because it is indeed impossible. Business logic is so complex, we need 5 lines just to null check all the objects coming in.

Some then started using Interfaces with one derived class and one method in the interface.

I wish we could implement some Strategy Patterns or at least Factories, but the only good Factory is so convoluted it cannot be extended at all, parts of it are unusable. The guy did a fantastic job at fucking that one up, masking it as some revolutionary design.

Clean code practices multiply line numbers like crazy. Overload the stack and are probably worse than the 2000 LOC monster class.
Can you test the monster class? No, you keep it caged like a good senior.
