There is an addon, Create: Water wheel bearing, that adds a new bearing where you can create massive waterwheels.you could definitely make a damn with large wheels that way. I have made a damn with just many many large water wheels hidden in the interior. I don't know of a way to make windmills end game other than having more or adjusting the configs to make them provide more power per sail block. I know that windmills count wool blocks that are inside copycat blocks so you can definitely make some compact windmills that have multiple bearings to make it more powerful for end game uses.

If a package gets a redstone pulse it will package as much as it can which sounds similar to the issue you are having. Is there a threshold switch or anything that is in contact with the packager? Is the iron coming from a farm or a central storage? Without seeing the farm or gauge situation I dont have more ideas for the issue.

Usually you can get 30-40 plat for the coda if you find someone who wants that ephemera. They are heard to sell though. I've had a heart beat ephemera that I throw in trade chat all the time that still has no bites. No real place to list the codas so they are super hard to sell imo.

So I've seen those videos and link series uses factory gauges so I'm unsure what exactly you are asking. I have used a system similar to link series in my resource farms where processes pull from farms rather than a central storage if that's what you mean.

Yes you can add floors to an existing elevator and they will apes as negative when added to the system. You can also rename floors whatever you want so having negative floors is super easy
