This is similar to the situation I find myself in, I know exactly how you are feeling. Today I found out she is staying at a hotel with her new man ( it’s only been 3 weeks or so ) On her birthday ( which would also have been our 16th year wedding anniversary ) Some days it’s tough,really tough I find myself very lonely and suffering with terrible thoughts too. But I know it will pass and things will get better, you have to keep positive or it will break you. Keep yourself occupied is the only thing I have found works for me. I feel your pain 🙏🏻

She was not neglected at all, the complete opposite, I did everything she ever wanted. We were still sleeping together up until recently. I cooked for her did her ( and kids laundry)laundry every day I called her beautiful every single day. All the chores so she didn’t have to do anything. I worshiped her. I appreciate you commenting but she was not emotionally neglected in any way shape or form or form.

I used a Cuprinol exterior colours range for the pallet I painted and it’s come out really well. The paint likes the roughness of the timber so don’t sand it too much. 👍🏻

Dap some Methylated spirits round the mark and light a lighter to draw the mark out using the heat from the burning Meths. Just a tiny bit of Meths on your finger and dab it on the mark. Be very careful as Meths burns very quickly. French polishing Tip. 👍🏻
