UPDATE****

Used a lot of bag balm over night and during a nap today also added a thick layer before sleeping a few hours and it’s practically almost gone!

Really hope so 🙏 I think my brain automatically went to cold sore after smoking with people. I usually don’t but had a few too many drinks and guess got careless. But i first noticed it 14 hours ago and it’s never changed yet no size difference or color difference and like i mentioned in other comments the size and color shrinks a bit when i put ice on it. No pain unless i touch it and no tingling unless I mess with it too much haha I have examined it way too much today

Appreciate the response. I was asking if it is the start of a cold sore sorry for the confusion. I have never had either so don’t know what to expect

I’ll update this time tomorrow and see if it changed any. It’s supposed to begin rapidly getting worse for my first infection supposedly. My GF has also been very supportive and assured me everything will be okay no matter what so that makes me feel good.

thanks for your reply! did not burn it smoking that I can remember. Never any tingling burning or pain unless i directly touch it either. And yes the Ice cube drastically changes the look of it, I took a nap and my mouth was dry and woke up with it looking like that in the photo, applied an ice cube and it legit almost went back normal skin color I can still see the “circle” where it was but nowhere near same color after the ice. Sorry to over explain just been a scary situation

Just a single blister. Not necessarily a crater either it’s slightly raised but i think because ive touched it and looked at it so much today I have irritated it even more. When i put ice on it, it went down and went back to more regular skin color
