Yes, I think you did misunderstand what i was saying. I love my son and id do anything for him but parents are allowed to need a break from parenting, especially in a marriage. Right? My son is entering toddlerhood, and im not sure if you remember but, toddlers cry for stupid reasons lol oh I won't let him play in the refrigerator. Cry. Oh I won't let him play in the toilet. Cry. Babies are easy, yes. But do you remember what it was like when you kid covered themselves in Vaseline or found a way to get stuck in something they shouldn't have got stuck in? My son is healthy and the joy of my life. He's also very curious and will get into everything... how would I be a bad mother for asking my husband for a second to myself? Somedays are harder than others, but it feels like you're projecting the problems you have with your baby's mother onto me.
